The Godrej Food Trends Report 2024 brought together over 190 thought leaders from various culinary backgrounds, including celebrity chefs, bloggers, and nutritionists. - Bespoke cocktails will raise the bar: Experts reveal that in 2024 the cocktail segment will see a rise due to dedicated menus, and Indian-origin spirits, experiencing an 82.7% surge.
