My MBA studies sparked my passion for FMCG, drawn to its dynamic nature and impact on consumer behavior. This fascination led me to build a career in the sector, aligning perfectly with my aspirations and skills.

What I find most fulfilling is using my strengths in relationship building, in-store execution, team management, and servant leadership. I thrive on initiating and driving projects, creating collaborative environments, and executing strategies that boost sales and visibility. Role models like Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Murlikant Petkar inspire me due to their exemplary sportsmanship. From them, I’ve learned how to navigate both setbacks and triumphs with resilience and grace. Since joining Hell Energy in 2021, I have taken pride in successfully establishing our presence in Modern Trade and E-Commerce across India. Thanks to our strategic efforts, we’ve achieved a notable market share, as reported by Nielsen. I am also honored to have received several awards from Modern Trade chains in 2022 and 2023, recognizing as both a Best Emerging Brand and a Best Rising Star Brand.
How do you stay motivated and inspired in your role?
I frequently host motivational podcasts and engage audiences during guest lectures, aiming to inspire and energize them. This not only helps me connect with others but also keeps me focused and motivated in my own professional endeavors.
