The greatest fulfillment in my work is continuous learning and intellectual growth. I find deep satisfaction in engaging in diverse and stimulating conversations that broaden my perspective. The opportunity to exercise creativity and tackle complex problems allows me to innovate and refine strategies. Moreover, making a positive impact by helping others reinforces my commitment to achieving meaningful and lasting results. 

What personal qualities or skills are essential for thriving in this industry?

Success in this industry fundamentally relies on several key factors. Team collaboration is crucial, as it ensures that diverse perspectives are integrated and collective goals are achieved efficiently. Resilience is equally important, enabling individuals to navigate challenges and setbacks with perseverance. Strong communication skills facilitate clear and effective interaction among team members and stakeholders, while sharp problem-solving abilities are essential for addressing complex issues and driving innovative solutions. Together, these qualities form the backbone of a successful and adaptive approach in a competitive industry landscape.

Any memorable experience or achievement in your career that you’re proud of?

One of my most memorable career achievements was building United Biscuits from the ground up and transforming it into a profitable enterprise. This accomplishment involved not only developing and implementing a strategic vision but also overseeing every aspect of the business—from initial market research and product development to establishing a robust supply chain and executing a dynamic marketing strategy. Through meticulous planning, innovative problem-solving, and effective team leadership, we were able to position the company for sustained growth and profitability, setting a benchmark for success in the industry.

How do you stay motivated and inspired in your role?

I stay motivated by focusing on solutions rather than challenges.

What’s the one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

I terminate non-performers in my team but I also help them to get a new job.
