One of my proudest achievements was at Bajaj Consumer Care (2016-2017), where I significantly impacted the business, retained top talent, and drove results without exerting sales pressure, making the experience both rewarding and enjoyable.

I stay motivated by focusing on untapped opportunities and actively seeking solutions to challenges, often finding effective ones. My family’s support also plays a crucial role in keeping me inspired during tough times.

Despite years in sales, I don’t drink, smoke, or even drink tea.

Using the wrong key, no matter how diligently you try, will not unlock the solution.
