I’ve been fortunate to have impactful mentors throughout my career. Komal Anand (MD of Havmor Ice Cream) and Swati Jain (Marketing Director at McCain Foods ANZ) emphasized professionalism and self-belief. Aditya Krishna (Director of Sales & Marketing at McCain India) guided my strategic thinking, while Mandar Keskar (MD of Storia Foods) offered invaluable leadership insights. Each has shaped my journey, providing key learnings and aspirational examples that have significantly contributed to my growth.

Any memorable experience or achievement in your career that you’re proud of?

Building a traditional trade ecosystem at McCain Foods, and achieving over 35,000 distribution points in just seven years, has been immensely rewarding. Given that frozen infrastructure in India’s traditional retail is still in its infancy, implementing our freezer governance model to drive distribution expansion stands out as a significant milestone in my career.

How do you stay motivated and inspired in your role?

I believe that true engagement begins with self-motivation, which is a powerful catalyst for achieving success.

What’s the one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

I’m passionate about cricket—like most Indians—and I play with our corporate team almost every weekend.
