Burgertory’s expansion into India will be spearheaded by Franchise India, under the leadership of Gaurav Marya. As a leader in franchise development for global brands entering emerging markets, FranGlobal’s experience in brand scaling aligns seamlessly with Burgertory’s vision for growth.

“We are thrilled to partner with Franchise India in this exciting new venture,” said Hash Tayeh, Founder & CEO of Burgertory. “India is one of the most dynamic and diverse markets in the world, and we believe the bold, unique flavors of Burgertory will resonate deeply with Indian consumers.”Gaurav Marya, Founder & Chairman of Franchise India, shared his excitement about the partnership: “India has a growing appetite for global flavors, and Burgertory’s distinct approach to burgers is exactly what the market needs. Burgertory’s entry into the Indian market will feature a fusion of its signature Australian menu with exclusive local adaptations. Alongside customer favorites like the classic chicken and vegetarian offerings, Indian consumers can look forward to new creations such as the Tandoori Chicken Burger, Paneer Tikka Burger, and Spicy Masala Lamb Burger, reflecting the brand’s commitment to local flavors while maintaining its global standards.

The plan to open 100 stores across India will be executed through a master franchise agreement, with the first stores expected to launch in major metropolitan cities, including New Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Each location will be backed by Burgertory’s global operational standards, ensuring that quality and consistency are maintained across every franchise.
