SKFS, a prominent food services and hospitality company, has announced the acquisition of a 100% stake in Mirah Hospitality & Gourmet, the parent company of renowned restaurant brands Rajdhani, Hitchki, and Bayroute. The acquisition, valued at ₹80 crore, will see Mirah Hospitality become a wholly-owned subsidiary of SKFS.
