He has gained expertise in processing areas like bakery, extrusion, frying, roasting, dehydration, emulsions, gelatinisation, curing, IQF, and freeze-drying.
He holds a B.Tech. in Process & Food Technology from AAIDU, Allahabad. Earned a Management diploma in Operations from Welingkar’s Mumbai, blending technical knowledge with strategic acumen.
He is expected to lead innovation in Noodles, Biscuits and Snacks through cutting-edge technology in R&D.
