The prestigious Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list was unveiled on March 25 in Seoul, with multiple accolades for Indian cuisine. Masque, Mumbai, led by Aditi Dugar and Chef Varun Totlani, retained its title as India’s Best Restaurant for the third consecutive year, ranking 19th overall. Indian Accent, Delhi, helmed by Chef Shantanu Mehrotra, secured the 46th spot.
On the extended 51-100 list, seven Indian restaurants made the cut, including Naar (66th), Farmlore (68th), Americano (71st), Inja (87th), The Table (88th), Dum Pukht (89th), and The Bombay Canteen (91st). Farmlore also received the prestigious “One To Watch” award.
The top spot in Asia’s 50 Best went to Gaggan, Bangkok, the acclaimed progressive Indian restaurant by Chef Gaggan Anand. Another of his ventures, Gaggan at Louis Vuitton, Bangkok, also made the list.
The 50 Best rankings, curated by UK-based William Reed Business Media, celebrate the finest restaurants and hotels worldwide. The global list will be announced later this year.
