Biggies Burger, India’s homegrown burger chain, is set to expand into Eastern India after a successful fundraising round. The brand is targeting a 2.5-3x annual growth by increasing its store network.
Talking about the expansion, Biraja Rout, Founder, Biggies Burger, said, “This eastward expansion represents a significant step forward for Biggies Burger. We’ve established a loyal following in the South and West, and we’re confident that our unique offerings will resonate with consumers in Eastern India as well. As a homegrown brand, we understand the Indian palate and are committed to providing delicious, high-quality grilled burgers that are healthy.”
While Biggies Burger already has a presence in the Eastern market, this strategic move aims to capture a larger share of the growing Indian QSR market. The brand’s focus on quality ingredients, innovative menu options, and value for money positions them as a compelling alternative to international burger giants.
Currently operating 141 stores primarily in South and West India, Biggies Burger plans to increase this number to 250 by the end of fiscal year 2025-2026.
