Bonn Group introduces Clean Label Bread & Bakery Range under its ‘La Americana Gourmet’ brand

Bonn Group’s La Americana Gourmet has launched a new product range that caters to evolving customer preferences with its “Clean Label” bread and bakery products. The Clean Label initiative emphasizes creating healthy, transparent products made with all-natural ingredients, free from preservatives and additives.

As part of the Clean Label range, the brand has introduced Whole Wheat Brown Bread and Bran Bread, along with their entire bakery assortment. These breads are made from whole wheat, with no maida, added preservatives, or palm oil. Instead, they use cold-pressed sunflower oil and jaggery, eliminating other additives and emulsifiers.

Commenting on the Clean Label initiative, Amrinder Singh, DirectorBonn Group of Industries, said, “With increasing awareness around health and nutrition, especially in recent years, people actively want to know what goes into their daily consumption items. More consumers are checking ingredient lists and choosing healthier products. At Bonn, we feel it is our responsibility to retain our consumers’ trust and show them we care for their health and nutrition, leading to the inception of Clean Label Breads.”

The La Americana Gourmet Clean Label range includes Whole Wheat Brown Bread, Bran Bread, Multigrain Bread, Garlic Bread, Bran Kulcha, Bran Burger, Bran Pav, and Bran Pizza. The La Americana Clean Label range is currently available on the brand’s website and is sold in Punjab, Delhi, NCR, Uttarakhand, and Haryana.
