The Hospitality Purchasing Managers’ Forum (HPMF) and the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during AAHAR 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, marking a groundbreaking collaboration between Chefs and Purchasing Managers in India. This historic partnership aims to drive synergy in the hospitality industry, fostering innovation, skill development, and procurement excellence.

Following the successful MOU between HPMF and FIFI, this new alliance further strengthens HPMF’s commitment to advancing procurement best practices, elevating industry standards, and creating growth opportunities for professionals across the hospitality and culinary sectors.
