It is really satisfying to note that my work contributes positively and impacts others and is about providing essentials or safer products or healthier options. It’s a great joy to collaboratively work and help people – whether employees or partners. This sector provides lots of opportunities to learn new skills, gain knowledge and continuously improve for personal and professional development. Creative thinking and problem solving keeps the juices flowing and leads to new innovations in the smallest of things. Also, it is truly rewarding to work with a supportive and collaborative team and building strong relationships and achieving goals together.

I have been fortunate to learn from numerous mentors and role models, including both brand leaders and retailers.
