Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd (JFL), one of India’s leading food service companies and part of the Jubilant Bhartia Group, reported a 33.9% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated revenue from operations for Q4 FY25, reaching Rs. 2,107 crore. The company’s standalone revenue rose 19.1% YoY to Rs. 1,587.2 crore during the same period.

Domino’s India, JFL’s flagship brand, recorded a strong like-for-like (LFL) sales growth of 12.1% in Q4, while Domino’s Turkey posted a modest LFL growth of 0.9% (post-IAS-29 adjustment).

The company continued to expand its store footprint aggressively. The JFL Group added a net total of 56 stores in the quarter, bringing the overall store count to 3,316. Domino’s India accounted for 52 of those additions, ending the quarter with 2,179 stores. Domino’s Turkey added 8 net new stores, taking its total to 746.

Jubilant FoodWorks holds the master franchise rights for Domino’s Pizza and Dunkin’ Donuts in India and also operates the Popeyes brand in the quick service restaurant (QSR) segment. Additionally, the company has ventured into Chinese cuisine with its homegrown brand, Hong’s Kitchen.

However, despite strong top-line growth, the company reported a dip in profitability. Consolidated net profit from continuing operations fell 24.47% YoY to Rs. 496.31 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to Rs. 657.09 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. This came even as Q3 FY25 revenue rose sharply by 56.07% YoY to Rs. 2,150.76 crore.

The company continues to focus on growth through brand diversification, digital innovation, and strategic store expansion across its portfolio.
