KSH Logistics Pvt Ltd (KLPL), one of India’s prominent 3PL fulfillment companies, has rebranded itself as KSH Integrated Logistics Private Limited (KILPL). This strategic transition follows the successful completion of a Merger-Demerger scheme under the jurisdiction of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Mumbai.

This rebranding marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey, highlighting its transformative evolution since its inception in 1995. Under this restructuring, the operational aspects of KLPL have seamlessly integrated into KSH Integrated Logistics Private Limited, previously known as Kamal Diesels Pvt Ltd, a sister entity.

Commenting on the transition, Rohit Hegde, Director, KSH Integrated Logistics Private Limited, said,  “The culmination of this Merger-Demerger process and the dawn of our new identity signify our resilience and capacity for adaptation.
