Lotte Wellfood launches India’s first 4-layered ice cream bar, ‘Lotte Krunch’

Riding the wave of India’s growing love for Korean culture, Lotte Wellfood has introduced Lotte Krunch — the country’s first-ever 4-layered ice cream bar. Blending Korean flavors and advanced technology, Krunch promises a unique, multi-sensory “Taste the 4D” experience, marking a significant leap in ice cream innovation for the Indian market.

The launch follows Lotte’s recent investment in one of India’s largest ice cream manufacturing facilities in Pune, underlining its long-term commitment to expanding its footprint in the country.

Krunch is the perfect marriage of K-culture’s playfulness and Lotte’s product excellence, signaling what’s next for the Indian ice cream industry.”

Anand further described Krunch as a “4D experience”—offering a crunchy, creamy, chocolatey, and fruity burst all in one bite. Crafted with advanced Korean technology, Krunch features four distinct layers: a crushed cookie topping, a rich sauce center, a smooth ice cream layer, and a chocolate coating—creating a new, indulgent mouthfeel with every bite.

Notably, Krunch also brings India’s first-ever yogurt-flavored ice cream bar to market through its Yogurt Berry variant.

Priced at Rs. 60 for an 80ml bar, Krunch will be available in three exciting multi-flavored variants—Yogurt Berry, Choco Berry, and Choco Vanilla. It will be sold across major metros and mini-metros via modern trade, general trade, quick-commerce platforms, and Havmor’s exclusive parlors.
