Mother Dairy is set to achieve a 15% revenue growth in FY 2024-25, crossing Rs. 17,000 crore, driven by strong demand, expanded distribution, and increased production capacity, said MD Manish Bandlish.
In FY 2023-24, the company reported Rs. 15,037 crore turnover, with dairy products contributing 75%. Mother Dairy, known for milk, edible oils (Dhara), and horticulture products (Safal), is expanding beyond Delhi-NCR with a mega milk processing plant in Nagpur (Rs. 500 crore investment, operational by 2026).
The company is also setting up two integrated fruit & vegetable processing facilities in Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh under the Safal brand (Rs. 350 crore investment), producing pulp, concentrates, and frozen french fries for domestic and global markets.
In FY25, Mother Dairy launched 30+ new products and expanded into the bread and bakery segment. Established in 1974 under Operation Flood, it remains a wholly-owned NDDB subsidiary, with nine milk processing plants and multiple horticulture and edible oil facilities nationwide.
