The exclusive two-night pop-up, on April 10-12, 2025, will showcase a journey deep into the soul of Japanese haute cuisine at OKO, The LaliT’s Pan-Asian destination.
This intimate chef’s table experience will host an elaborate multi-course omakase menu, skilfully curated by Chef Shun Sato, renowned for his craft, having worked in some of the most venerated Michelin-starred restaurants across Japan, Australia, and Hong Kong. Every single item on the menu will shine with seasonal ingredients, precision cooking, and avant-garde techniques, complemented by a curated selection of premium sake and fine wines, enhancing the depth and complexity of every bite.
