On World Environment Day, Paul And Mike Chocolate, a premier Indian chocolate brand, has reinforced its dedication to sustainability, aiming to achieve a Carbon Negative status.
The brand fulfills its initiative by emphasizing on ethical cocoa sourcing. Their farms in Kochi and Coimbatore utilize environmentally friendly cultivation and fermentation techniques. Furthermore, Paul And Mike Chocolate has collaborated with farmers in Idukki, Kerala; Pollachi, Tamil Nadu; and the West Godavari region in Andhra Pradesh. They actively support these farmers by offering payment above the standard market rates and incentivizing adherence to stringent standards for cocoa bean harvesting and fermentation.
