SAULE – Kitchen & Bar has officially opened in Noida’s Jaypee Wishtown, offering a new all-day dining and nightlife option in the city. The space is designed to move with the day—from sunny brunches to evening cocktails and late-night dinners—drawing inspiration from the concept of “Sun to the Moon.”
Spread across 15,000 sq. ft. with room for 240 guests, SAULE features an open rooftop overlooking the golf course. Exclusive property in Noida located right next to the golf course, offering stunning views of a tranquil pond. The venue has interactive projection mapping, sculptural elements, and custom-built DJ console. From evolving playlists to seasonal menus and visual elements that change with the hour, the space is built to keep surprising its guests, whether they drop in for a casual coffee or a night of music and shared plates.
SAULE’s multi-cuisine menu offers a thrilling mix of tastes. Highlights include the delectable Edamame Dumplings, the spicy and succulent Bullet Chilli Chicken, the rich sweets like Motichoor Parfait and Baklava with a Twist, Avocado Sev Puri, and the mouthwatering Mushroom Galouti.
