Swiggy has brought back its home-style meal delivery service, ‘Swiggy Daily,’ after a cessation of four years. Launched in 2019, the service was temporarily suspended due to reduced demand during the COVID-19 lockdowns.
Swiggy has once again relaunched Swiggy Daily in Bengaluru, integrating it directly into its main app for user convenience. Swiggy Daily caters primarily to those seeking affordable, healthy, home-cooked meals, offering flexible subscriptions ranging from three days to a month.
In anticipation of its upcoming public listing, Swiggy has been streamlining its operations. It recently merged Swiggy Mall with its quick commerce platform, Instamart. Additionally, in March, Swiggy consolidated its premium grocery vertical, InsanelyGood, with Instamart, aiming to strengthen its services.
Recently, Swiggy has also initiated the process for an initial public offering (IPO) through the confidential pre-filing method with SEBI.
